Managing overall accounting and tax function for the Company to ensure all financial activities are properly recorded under US GAAP and Intuitive accounting policiesReviewing and providing accounting oversight to month-end close journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.Ensuring tax compliance including transfer pricing and CIP, VAT, WHT, etc.Working with corporate accounting team for revenue recognition processManaging financial closing processManaging cash flow and working capital and working closely with global Treasury team.Developing and maintaining, ensuring on-going compliance with accountingpolicies and procedures and SOX 404 internal control documentation and testingResponsible for timely filing of statutory reporting and coordinate interim and final audits with external Auditors for statutory reporting.
