Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)

  • Responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for High Efficiency Heat Exchangers in accordance with the assigned targets and local sales company/ business unit / divisional strategy and targets.
  • Responsible for leading, developing and securing a high performing cross functional team in line with the Alfa Laval culture.

 

Job description (key responsibilities)

  • Define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility according to Division Strategy, plan and targets
  • Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the customer Loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars, etc.
  • Forecasts Sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve the performance.
  • Work proactive and structured with the sales and business development in order to optimize the sales efficiency of the team
