Job Description

The Change Manager is the person in charge of handling Client's infrastructure change requests related to Cloud server, etc.

Change managers need to understand the current infrastructure status of client, create plans that maximize efficiency within Client's infrastructure and manage change request tickets in Client ITSM system.

The Change Manger is responsible for identifying potential risks within the infrastructure and develop plans to address and minimize such concerns, ensuring a clear and timely communications to Client Board members.

The Change Manager will work closely with NTT Global Cloud Service Division, ensuring change tickets are managed and processed in a timely manner to maximize positive client experience
